Becoming a member
To become a member of the West Yorkshire MS Therapy Centre could not be easier.
The annual membership fee is £15.00. This goes directly towards our running costs and opens up our facilities for you.
In order to begin Oxygen treatment we will require consent from your GP / Neurologist or MS Nurse. Please contact the centre for a form or print the application form below for your GP / Neurologist or MS Nurse to complete.
As a self funding Organisation we rely on donations and we would ask that if you partake in any of our therapies then a donation is made towards the costs of running the centre.
Suggested donation amounts
Oxygen treatment - £8 per session
(£3 per session for first 15 sessions)
Physiotherapy - £15 per session
Pilates / Reiki - £5 per session
