| VibroGym We have a VibroGym to provide the exercising of muscles for all users, irrespective of mobility. We have trained members of staff to supervise this activity. Please contact the centre to book your session. |

| Counselling A professional counsellor is available to offer support to you and your family and help you deal with the emotional effects of living with MS. |

| Minibus service For those members who have difficulty travelling to the centre then we have a minibus service available for picking members up. Please call the centre to discuss your needs. |
