Qigong (chee gung)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Qigong is Chinese exercise to help to cultivate and maintain health. The exercises work at a deep level and are combined with meditation to give the maximum benefit.\u00a0We're looking to gauge the level of interest and hope to be able to provide this therapy in the near future. Physiotherapy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Retaining mobility is challenging to many people with MS, however regular on going Physiotherapy sessions help people keep the use of their muscles for as long as possible helping them to keep mobile.<\/p>\n
