To become a member of the West Yorkshire MS Therapy Centre could not be easier.<\/span><\/p>\n

The annual membership fee is \u00a320.00.<\/span><\/h2>\n

This\u00a0goes directly towards\u00a0our running costs and opens up our facilities for you. Everybody using the centre's facilities must be a member for insurance purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to\u00a0begin Oxygen treatment we will require consent from your GP \/ Neurologist or MS Nurse although you can self refer. Please contact the centre for a form or download and print the application form below for your GP \/ Neurologist or MS Nurse to complete.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a self funding Organisation we\u00a0rely on donations and\u00a0we would ask that if you\u00a0\u00a0partake in any of our therapies then a donation is made towards the costs of running the centre. If you\u00a0are a UK tax payer we can reclaim 25% of you donation from the tax man. Download and complete the gift aid declaration form<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

(MS members will need 15 consecutive sessions at the start then a weekly top up!)<\/span><\/p>\n
