Josh Goodwin is running the London Marathon for the centre on October 3rd 2021.<\/h4>\n

2020 was terrible all year round for everyone.<\/p>\n

But lockdowns and having to operate at a reduced capacity for most of the previous year has severely hit fundraising efforts, while maintenance costs have mostly stayed the same.<\/p>\n

The people that rely on the charity week by week have all made efforts to help with funding, but this is the first fundraising effort to be made since Covid hit.<\/p>\n

That's why I will be running the London Marathon on October 3rd. Any donations will be greatly appreciated!<\/p>\n

Please sponsor and help raise money for a great cause.<\/p>\n

Josh had planned to take up his 26 mile challenge in 2020 but due to Covid the London Marathon was cancelled. Disappointed in 2020, he set about his task all over again for 2021 and he has been training really hard for this years' event.<\/p>\n

Josh is using the centre's facilities by managing his recuperation between training sessions in the Oxygen Chamber and Infared Sauna.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
