Christmas opening times

Yes it's that time of year again and our busy elves have been hard at work producing our seasonal which is available to download and read here

After an amazing 4 hour 23 minute London Marathon Josh is now using the restorative powers of the chambers to recover from his wonderful effort.

Josh's success was aided by his preparatory physio and we are indebted to our very supportive landlord, Towngate Properties, for purchasing the new physio treatment table for us

Josh beat his own target of £1000 but if you'd still like to swell that total Josh's Just Giving page is still open.

Thanks Josh, you're a star.

Only 2 weeks until Josh runs the London Marathon to raise money for the centre & it’s nonstop training until then!

So far he’s raised over £620 but there is still time to donate & help him reach his goal of £1,000 for the centre by donating on his JustGiving page here

Josh Goodwin is running the London Marathon for the centre on October 3rd 2021.

2020 was terrible all year round for everyone.

But lockdowns and having to operate at a reduced capacity for most of the previous year has severely hit fundraising efforts, while maintenance costs have mostly stayed the same.

The people that rely on the charity week by week have all made efforts to help with funding, but this is the first fundraising effort to be made since Covid hit.

That's why I will be running the London Marathon on October 3rd. Any donations will be greatly appreciated!

Please sponsor and help raise money for a great cause.

Josh had planned to take up his 26 mile challenge in 2020 but due to Covid the London Marathon was cancelled. Disappointed in 2020, he set about his task all over again for 2021 and he has been training really hard for this years' event.

Josh is using the centre's facilities by managing his recuperation between training sessions in the Oxygen Chamber and Infared Sauna.

Please can you support him to reach his goal of £1,000 for the centre by donating on his JustGiving page here

Last year we did 5,000 dives. Although this was 3,000 down on the previous year, I am sure you will agree this was quite an achievement with limiting the amount of people we could put in a chamber due to the pandemic, and also considering many of the centres were closed for 5 months or more!

Missed appointments are costing us dear!

Coronovirus has made operating the Centre very difficult but with a lot of effort and goodwill we're making it happen.

One of the difficulties is ensuring we operate in a safe manner both for you our members and ourselves and in order to continue we have had to reduce the number of people both in the chambers and in the Centre at any one time. This in turn means we have had to accept a significant reduction in expected income. Therefore if you have to cancel an appointment please let us know giving us as much notice as possible so that we can offer your place to someone on our waiting list.

We also need urgent help with our committee membership - can you provide that little bit of time we need to help the centre continue? With about 6 meetings a year lasting about an hour, we'd love to hear from you if you think you might be able to assist us.

For more details about either of these issues download a copy of June 2020 Chamber Chat here
