Qigong (chee gung) Qigong is Chinese exercise to help to cultivate and maintain health. The exercises work at a deep level and are combined with meditation to give the maximum benefit. We're looking to gauge the level of interest and hope to be able to provide this therapy in the near future. If you'd like more information, contact Joanne at the centre. |

Counselling provides a confidential and friendly space, where members can come to discuss any concerns and anxieties that they may be struggling with at present. Our therapist Liam Dent works flexibly and can undertake home visits as well as his sessions at the centre.
