We are all very different and by using a gentle technique it is possible for a wide range of people to exercise in a non threatening way and environment.

I have over twenty five years experience teaching holistic health and fitness
Each person who takes part in the class session works at their own pace that does not cause discomfort or pain. Staying within what you are able to do that day as each day is so different in energy levels and balance.

If you prefer you can attend only one part of the session. Either Pilates and leave as we begin the Reiki healing or miss the Pilates and join us for the healing session.
