We DO NOT receive funding from any organisation. All money raised comes from donations and fundraising.
We need about £2,500 each week to cover our running costs. The two remaining staff are working longer than their contracted hours to help cut costs.
Following the fire at our old site at Airdale Airconditioning and our enforced move we had to spend £95,000. Our Articles of Association stipulate that we should have 12 months running costs in reserve. This was swallowed up by the moving costs.
Since our move, our rent has been paid for us - but this agreement runs out next June and will need a further £30,000 to cover this.
Failure to achieve these goals could possibly result in us having to close the centre.
